Terms of Use

These VEERA Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the VEERA product website, including product pages, solution descriptions, demo request forms, downloadable materials, communications, and related digital content.

1. Introduction

VEERA is a product of LEADING BUSINESS VIRTUAL REALITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES L.L.C, registered under Main License No. 1508476. VEERA provides specialized solutions that bring together content applications, modern technologies supporting enterprise operations, operational services, and technical support — delivering an integrated and scalable experience across different sectors. The website is currently informational and does not provide self-service subscriptions, payments, user accounts, or live platform access unless separately stated.

2. Product Information and No Binding Offer

Content describing VEERA, its features, sectors, solutions, integrations, capabilities, roadmaps, or benefits is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. Product availability, scope, functionality, pricing, deployment timelines, integrations, support levels, and technical requirements are subject to separate written agreement and may change without notice.

3. Demo Requests and Evaluations

Visitors may request a demo, consultation, or product discussion. Any demo is provided for evaluation and informational purposes only. A demo request does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, commercial terms, or product access. Demo environments, sample data, presentations, prototypes, screenshots, or previews may not reflect final or production functionality. Confidential or sensitive information should not be submitted through general website forms unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

4. No Customer Relationship Through Website Use

Browsing the VEERA website, submitting a form, requesting a demo, or communicating with the Company does not create a customer relationship, license, partnership, reseller arrangement, service-level commitment, or binding contract unless a separate written agreement is executed.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the website for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive activity. Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, vulnerability testing, scraping, automated collection, or interference. Do not submit malicious code, infringing content, confidential third-party information, or false business information. Do not copy product descriptions, graphics, demos, UI concepts, workflows, or solution materials for competitive or commercial use.

6. Intellectual Property and Product Materials

VEERA, its name, branding, product concepts, solution materials, interface designs, workflows, documentation, demonstrations, content structures, graphics, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the Company. No license or transfer of rights is granted by accessing the website, requesting a demo, or receiving marketing materials.

7. Future Services and Separate Agreements

If VEERA is later provided as software, managed service, SaaS, integration, implementation, or support service, such use will be subject to separate commercial terms, service agreements, data processing terms, support terms, pricing, and applicable documentation.

8. Third-Party Technologies and Integrations

VEERA materials may reference integrations, third-party tools, content applications, operational systems, or technical service providers. Availability and performance of third-party technologies are not guaranteed and may be subject to third-party terms, approvals, limitations, fees, or technical requirements.

9. No Warranties

The VEERA website and all product information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company does not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, uninterrupted, suitable for any specific business outcome, or available in all sectors or jurisdictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the VEERA website, reliance on product information, demo requests, communications, technical issues, or third-party services.

11. Confidentiality Notice

Information submitted through public website forms is not automatically treated as confidential unless expressly agreed in writing. Visitors should avoid submitting sensitive, regulated, proprietary, or confidential information through general forms.

12. Privacy

Personal information submitted through VEERA forms or collected through analytics is handled in accordance with the VEERA Privacy Policy and applicable Company privacy practices.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts or competent authorities in Dubai shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
